Product Summary

The TCLT1006 is an Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 lead SOP4L package. The TCLT1006 is mounted on one leadframe providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. The applications of the TCLT1006 include Switchmode power supplies, Computer peripheral interface, Microprocessor system interface.
