The TL062ID is a JFET-input operational amplifier designed as low-power version of the TL08_ series amplifier. The TL062ID is a high input impedance, wide bandwidth, high slew rate, and low input offset and input bias currents amplifier. The TL062ID features the same terminal assignments as the TL07 and TL08. Each of these JFET-input operational amplifiers incorporates well-matched, high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in an integrated circuit.
