Product Summary

The LCB110 is a Single Pole OptoMOS Relay which uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750V of input to output isolation. The efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use Clare patented OptoMOS architecture. A highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED controls the optically coupled input. The LCB110 has low on resistance and is well suited for most applications requiring a normally closed relay. The applications of the include Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Medical Equipment-Patient/Equipment Isolation, Security, Aerospace, Industrial Controls.
